James Turner's comic book series about a tough-as-nails librarian has been optioned by Warner Brother as a live-action feature film. Mark Burton, whose writing credits include Madagascar, Chicken Run and Wallace & Gromit: Curse of the Were-Rabbit has been hired to write the screenplay.

Little Gloomy/The Super Scary Monster Show was optioned by 1492 Entertainment, the company responsible for bringing Harry Potter to the big screen.
